Hey guys,
Well, it’s not very often, but sometimes the weekend doesn’t look too promising to me. This would be one of those weeks, as there are not a lot of must-see shows. I think it is a combination of a post-Halloween Hangover and the Rock and Roll Marathon making downtown not the best place to be. If you look around, there are a few show that should be good, it is just slim pickings. I am looking forward to catching Pussy Launcher tonight at the Wormhole, but don’t think I’ll make the trek downtown after that. Saturday has the Marathon show at Forsyth Park, Fitz & The Tantrums. Actually, next Tuesday has the best line-up of acts, as far as I am concerned, with plenty of choices. I plan to check out Velvet Caravan and the new-ish venue, Good Times Jazz Bar and Restaurant on Broughton Street. I hope to see some of you somewhere, be sure to say “hello”.
